We are currently serving Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, and Weber counties.

Do I qualify?

We serve seniors ages 55 and older who live in Utah and meet our income requirements.

We are a Medicaid provider for dental. At this time we cannot bill other insurance providers.

Over 95% of patients say they would recommend Senior Charity Care to someone with similar dental or vision problems to theirs.

After finishing all clinic appointments, 85% of seniors say they know how to care for their teeth or eyes.

100% of seniors say they felt comfortable with the dentist or optometrist.
